RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Return Policy If you would like to return or exchange an item purchased on olivialatinovich.com, please send us a request for a return authorization within 20 days of the delivery date. All items must be sent back to us within 7 days of the request approval. 

  • Items must be returned new and in un-used condition with all original packaging and tags attached. 
  • We cannot refund or exchange any products which have been used. 
  • Returns must be send back with any additional gifts included that we included in your original purchase fora full refund. If the gifts are not returned, you will be charged for these items and therefore deducted from your refund. 
  • Initial shipping charges cannot be refunded. 
  • Olivia Latinovich reserves the right to refuse any returns which do not meet our return policy requirements or are returned without prior approval. 

Domestic Returns Your return will only be accepted within 20 days of the customer’s order date. Refunds for store credit are free. For refunds to the original form of payment, the cost of the return label will be deducted from the refund.

International Returns Unfortunately we are unable to create return labels for orders outside of the United States. Please ship with your preferred shipping method. International return labels must provide a tracking number. Initial shipping fees are nonrefundable.

Exchanges We will accommodate an exchange for items which were purchased on olivialatinovich.com for the same style in a different size or color. For a different style, please return your item(s) and place a new order online separately. Exchanges are only processed upon receipt of returned item(s) and are based on stock availability. Exchanged items are shipped free of charge on both domestic and international orders. A maximum of one exchange per item is allowed.

  • Once the exchange item has been received by the Olivia Latinovich studio, we will send our your exchange request as soon as possible and notify you with the new tracking number. 

Defective Items If an item is received damaged or defective, please contact customer service immediately at info@olivialatinovich.com. 

Return to Sender or Refused Packages Orders refused or deemed "undeliverable" by the shipping company will be sent back to the Olivia Latinovich studio. We will contact the customer a total of three times before canceling the order. Customers who still want to receive the package must pay for a new shipping label.
