Returns If you would like to return or exchange an item purchased, please send us an email requesting a return within 28 days of the delivery date. All items must be sent back to us within 7 days of the approval which will be sent via email in response to your original return request.
- Items must be returned unused with all original packaging and tags attached within 28 days of delivery date, and within 7 days of receiving email with approval of return.
- We cannot refund or exchange any products which have been used, altered, or washed.
- Shipping charges cannot be refunded.
- Olivia Latinovich LLC reserves the right to refuse any returns which do not meet our return policy requirements or are returned without prior approval.
Domestic Returns Your return will only be accepted within 28 days of delivery date, and within 7 days of receiving email with approval of return. Refunds for store credit are free. For refunds to the original form of payment, the cost of the return label will be deducted from the refund. Olivia Latinovich LLC will issue a return label for you in an email confirming your return approval.
International Returns Unfortunately we are unable to create return labels for orders outside of the U.S. Please ship with your preferred shipping method. International return labels must provide a tracking number. Original shipping fees are nonrefundable.

Refunds Please note that refunds can take up to 10 working days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers.
Exchanges We will accommodate an exchange for items which were purchased on olivialatinovich.com for the same style in a different size. For a different style, please return your items and place a new order online separately. Exchanges are only processed upon receipt of returned items and are based on stock availability. Exchanged items are shipped free of charge on both domestic and international orders. A maximum of one exchange per item is allowed.

Final Sale Final sale items include all items discounted at 20% or more. Final sale items cannot be returned.
Damaged Items If an item is received damaged please contact customer service immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org or text us at +1 (213) 471-8658.
Return to Sender or Refused Packages Orders refused or deemed "undeliverable" by the shipping company will be sent back to the Olivia Latinovich studio. We will contact the customer before canceling the order. Customers who still want to receive the package must pay for a new shipping label.
