SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Payment All payments made on olivialatinovich.com are made by credit card, PayPal, or Gpay and are completed securely thanks to the Shopify payment platform. 

Delivery and Delivery Time After you place an order, you will receive a confirmation by email. Please note that there are times we are working without stock. The delay of delivery can be between two days and two weeks, depending of the number of orders and the necessary amount of work it takes to create your special item. The maximum delay of the dispatch is 2 weeks from the day of the order.

  • All orders are sent from Los Angeles, the location of the Olivia Latinovich studio. The orders are sent by the post via USPS, FedEx, or UPS with tracking. You will receive an email the day of the dispatch with the tracking number corresponding to your order. Every product includes an Olivia Latinovich box packed with tissue in order to protect the quality of your purchase. We ship worldwide with USPS and/or DHL Express depending on the destination. 

Taxes and Duties Orders that are designated for shipment to countries outside of the U.S. may be subject to local taxes, customs, duties, and fees levied by the destination country "Import Fees". The recipient of the shipment is the importer of record in the destination country and is responsible for all Import Fees. If you refuse a shipment from Olivia Latinovich, you are responsible for the original purchase and shipping charges, any Import Fees that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to Olivia Latinovich.

Expedited Shipping We offer expedited shipping at an additional cost that will be charged separately. Please inquire at info@olivialatinovich.com. 

Notice Olivia Latinovich is not responsible for for delays in shipping or delivery due to force of nature or other uncontrollable events.
